Formed in 1985, Unborn MentaL consists of one man band "MentaL" and his own style of Welsh metal. Based in Cardiff , South Wales, Unborn MentaL takes influences from numerous artists including Lamb Of God, Opeth, Divinity, Nevermore and lots more. On March 17th 2010 Unborn MentaL released its first single on Youtube titled "The MentaL" as a tester to their own self recorded, produced and mastered work. In October of 2011 Unborn MentaL released their first single on itunes titled "Art of War" which contains elements of groove metal and more. With four singles now on sale via iTunes and Amazon , Unborn MentaL looks to establish itself as one of the best Welsh instrumental metal bands in the country.

All tracks by Unborn MentaL are released under "Creative Commons" for anyone who wishes to use our music for any promotional material as long as the correct credit is given. You may find Unborn MentaL on Facebook as well as Youtube where they shall be releasing metal backing tracks for numerous tunings including Drop C , E Flat , 7 String backing tracks and more.
